Stationary Seat/Mating Ring Mating Ring is very important part of mechanical seal. Mating Ring are stationary in nature and fixed in Gland Plant. Since it is non-moving part, great care should be taken while fixing so that it should ensure proper life forever. These are different materials for stationary seats. We provide carbon, Tungsten Carbide, Silicon Carbide, Stellite, Ceramic, As standard materials. Mating Ring are available in different style depending on the service requirement. We as standard offer mating Ring in DA, L, T, H, BL etc. Style. Mating Ring are provided with 'O' rings, flat packing or 'M' type of packing usually. Material of packing depended on application but normally we provide Viton, PTEF or Graphite. We can design other type of mating ring also depending on requirement. Cooled Stationary seats are also manufacturing for various special applications.
